Meeting Title

Linux InstallFest & Information session && (FREE FOOD!!!)

Meeting Times

• NEW TIME: 21 Nov (thursday)
• Hours: 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm (have we put this in corporate time yet?)

• FOLLOW-UP MEETING time is: 5 Dec (thurs) (at 5:00 pm ? -- not too late because of faculty/staff, not too early because of student class times)
  • I'd suggest that we use the same location (to make it easier for people to find)...

• OLD TIME: about two weeks later (perhaps tuesday the 19th???)

• OLD TIME: Tuesday, 5 November 2002 (Time: 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (EST5EDT))

Planning meeting minutes

• 11/11 -- Meeting went well. LinuxKickoff2002PlanningList has list of who is doing what.
  • we're going to have a follow-up 1-hour meeting two weeks after the install fest (one week later is thanksgiving)
  • still need to get some webpages up
  • still need to decide on a location (jeff and joe are working on that)

• Monday planning meeting (11/11/2002)
  • meeting at 1:45 in Kiewit? in the meeting room there? (what if we get a bunch more people?)

  • duration = 1:45 - 2:45 (approx).

• (10/23) For next time:
  • Another meeting to discuss this.
  • Create entries on wiki: / accessories CD

• MINUTES: 10/23 -- we're all busy. really busy. we're pushing the event forward two weeks (i.e. it'll be around 11/19 instead of 11/5)
• for 10/22 -- meeting rescheduled. Robinson can make 4:00 (or maybe 3:30)... anyone else?
• for 10/21 -- Start working on stuff, we will meet next time and figure out what's left Monday at 1:40.
