LinuxQuake

Doing my homework and remembered that quake is available for linux.

actually, IIRC, quake I and QuakeII? are both GPLed now (look around for rpms or .deb packages)

If there are any hard-core gamers/programmers out there that would like to play with games and/or develop mods for new games, that would be cool.

ResearchComputing has a neat CampusMap? as well as a 3D simulation world of BerryLibrary + CarsonHall?. Anyone want to convert the world (in vrml) to a quake world?
