Group that created a whole bundh of cartoons in the (80s ?) to 'teach' children about the Consitution, grammar and syntax, how to turn a bill into a law, etc..
some people think that the cartoons are all like drug trips or something.... I dunno. I watched them in school when I was younger and I turned out fine, right? :)
