Have you noticed a friend exhibit bizarre behavior lately?

Do they seem to forget things and have experienced a loss of recently acquired skills??

If so, don't be too alarmed, but you should know that both are symptoms of lead poisoning.

what to do

If you suspect a friend of lead poisoning,

• make sure to take all lead items away from them, especially cups or bowls (check to see if they have lead glaze? applied).
• are they a typesetter? Suggest that they get out of the office or go on a vacation for a couple of days.
  • Do they use lead moveable type? ? Even though it costs more, offer to help them purchase non-moveable type. It'll save them from the horrors of lead poisoning, remember!

• Ask them to stop eating paint chips? off the walls. If they continue, wallpaper the heck out of their living space?.
