What is being enforced under the DMCA?

• At Dartmouth, persons who are alleged to have been transmitting copyrighted materials have received letters from Computing Services indicating non-compliance with the DMCA

• DeCSS + JonJohansen? --- landmark case where Johansen was finally acquited of charges. (was he brought up on charges in the Norweigan court system)
