La Alianza Latina was founded in 1985.

Mission

"Our main purpose is to bring together all persons at Dartmouth interested in US Latino social issues?, cultures, and language, as well as to unite our members with similar groups on other campuses. La Alianza Latina actively projects the presence and awareness of US Latino culture at Dartmouth, and provides a support network? to all Latino students?."¹
