PuTTY

PuTTY is an ssh client for windows that is GPLed.

I highly recommend it -- if you're stuck on a windows machine, just download it an run it in full-screen mode, and you'll feel just like you're at the terminal of the remote machine.

The URL is not at all intuitive, but just do a google search on "putty" and click "I'm feeling Lucky", and you'll be taken to the page.
