More stuff relating to Technical Services:

• Dartmouth is moving from our current phone system to VoIP phones. This will be very cool, but there are some issues (currently no support for encrypted traffic? in the protocols)

• We have a network device? that manipulates packets that flow out of our network and onto the commodity Internet? called Packet Shaper.

• The Green Print systems are run through Technical Services.

• BlitzMail, the DND, etc.. are all run through Technical Services (But if you need help, talk to the Help Desk)
